Traction Accountancy Ltd was founded on a simple observation: most owner-managed businesses are underserved by traditional accountancy. The accounts get filed, the returns go in — but nobody is helping the owner understand the numbers or plan what happens next.
Callum Ollerenshaw, ACCA, has spent over a decade working in accountancy, including time at a top 10 firm and advising large-scale, successful businesses. That experience shaped Traction: a practice built to give owner-managed companies the same calibre of insight, delivered in a way that is approachable, practical and focused on growth.
We work differently. We take the time to understand your business, keep your numbers current with cloud accounting, and talk to you throughout the year — so decisions about pricing, hiring, drawings and investment are made on information, not instinct.
